Information provided by the audit team to the MUTU PERKASA INDONESIA’s certification decision, include:

• The audit report,
• Description on mismatches, and if available, the correction and corrective actions taken by customers
• Confirmation of the information provided for the MUTU PERKASA INDONESIA used in the assessment of the request, and
• Recommendations are given or not given certification, as well as any conditions or observations

MUTU PERKASA INDONESIA make certification decisions based on the evaluation of audit findings and audit conclusions and any other appropriate information (eg public information, information on the audit report of the customer).
